The North Central District Health Department is instituting Electronic Health Records to better serve our community. For a short time, while we adjust to the new record system the health departments in Henry, Shelby, Spencer and Trimble counties will return to scheduled appointments.

Once the implementation of the new record system is complete, we will return to same-day scheduling.
