Our Board
The North Central District Health Department is a public agency charged with performing the statutory obligations of public health needs across Henry, Shelby, Spencer, and addressing priority community health needs across Henry, Shelby, Spencer, and Trimble Counties. We prevent disease, promote wellness, and protect against health threats daily through various mechanisms. The foundation of our work begins with the NCDHD Board of Health. The board is made up of persons living in the community who are experts in their respective fields.

Board Meetings
All district board meetings are held at the NCDHD Administrative Office located at 1020 Henry Clay St. Shelbyville, KY 40065. The NCDHD Board of Health meeting must comply with the Kentucky Open Meetings must comply with the Kentucky Open Meeting Law, KRS 61.805 to 61.850. This communication is complaint with 902 KAR 8:150, Section 5 (8) and KRS 61.820(2).
