Requests for inspection should be made to the Public Health Director.
• The Shelby County Public Health Taxing District in accordance with Chapters 65 and 424 of the Kentucky Revised Statues, hereby provides notice of the financial records for the last fiscal year completed, may be found online at kydlgweb.ky.gov or can be requested for review between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. in person at 615 11^th Street, Shelbyville. Requests for inspection should be made to the Public Health Director.
• The Spencer County Public Health Taxing District in accordance with Chapters 65 and 424 of the Kentucky Revised Statues, hereby provides notice of the financial records for the last fiscal year completed, may be found online at kydlgweb.ky.gov or can be requested for review between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. in person at 88 Spears Drive, Taylorsville. Requests for inspection should be made to the Public Health Director.
• The Trimble County Public Health Taxing District in accordance with Chapters 65 and 424 of the Kentucky Revised Statues, hereby provides notice of the financial records for the last fiscal year completed, may be found online at kydlgweb.ky.gov or can be requested for review between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. in person at 138 Miller Lane, Bedford. Requests for inspection should be made to the Public Health Director.
